Currently I am employed as a lecturer in the Computer Science department at American International University- Bangladesh. It has been a life-long dream of mine and being able to teach in the institution where I graduated from is a cherry on of it. Here I got the opportunity to share my academic knowledge and industrial experience with my students and the feeling is really wholesome.

I joined the Digital Business Solutions (DBS) department of British American Tobacco Bangladesh as an automation engineer. I landed this job right after my internship there. My primary objective here was to automate the existing processes to make them more efficient and robust. Here, I got the opportunity to collaborate with different wings of this organization and provide more coherent and sustainable solutions to their current processes. In my tenure as an automation engineer, I automated 4000 man-hours (per annum) with my projects.

As an intern, I was a part of the department of Digital Business Solutions (DBS) at British American Tobacco Bangladesh. This internship was under the Xcelerate program. The Digital Business Solutions (DBS) department works with the technological advancements to make all the business processes robust and seamless. I observed and learned how the processes work and how technology enhances the business. Moreover, during my internship tenure, I developed an Asset Management System using low-code platformamong other things which helped the department to organize and keep a track of their assets in a more proper manner.

I worked as a Teaching Assistant at American International University- Bangladesh. During the internship, I got chance to observe my respected faculty members and gather knowledges from them. This opportunity helped me to think from a teacher’s perspective. I improved many of my soft skills such as Speaking, Writing, Time Management, Self-Management, etc., and at the same time experienced the ups and downs of being a teacher.
